We offer yoga once a week every Sat at 10 am. It's a great way to keep those muscles strong and stretched. It is a continuous flow of yoga poses that will help you deepen your breath and increase stamina.
This 30-minute class features controlled intense abdominal exercises designed to create and define a strong core within you. This class is the perfect compliment to any style of workout.
Are you ready?! Intense cardio drills intermingled with powerful interval training to rev up your heart rate while shredding calories. Take the option to add weights and we will push you to the next level.
As you move from station to station, this class will provide you with a mixture of cardio and weight resistance while targeting all your major muscle groups.
Do you like group classes? We offer 30 minute small group(10) people. In this class you can expect to burn those calories by doing various movements and keeping your heart rate up!
